What is done, is done and cannot be changed. It is time to stop beating yourself up for your past mistakes. Consider your mistakes to be a blessing as they provide an opportunity to learn and grow. Forgiving yourself is vital to letting go, moving forward and creating a happy and abundant life!
By taking responsibility for yourself, your life, and your situation, you can let the past go and begin the journey to a better future. You now understand how you have arrived at your current situation and how your thoughts have led you to the actions you have taken, which created your results. This is where you are today - a result of your past thoughts. Forgive yourself and begin the journey to the life you deserve. Starting now, make your life a statement!
By now you will be aware that you are responsible for the life are you living - you created it with your thoughts. To change your life, you must change your thoughts. By changing ourselves, we focus on ourselves and we become the best "me" we can be. We will then create a better environment around us and become a shining example for others in our lives. By changing ourselves, we change others. In order to do this, we must forgive ourselves for our past and begin to create the future we desire, starting NOW.

Take a look around you and see the life you have created. Take full responsibility for your creation.
Write a list of the things in your past you must forgive yourself for. By doing this exercise, you will forgive yourself, let go of the past and allow your focus to shift to your future and the life you desire.
